The indoor pool temperatures were quite cold, making it uncomfortable for kids!!! The presence of cats in dining areas was quite off-putting and not very sanitary for family meals!!!

This resort offers a plethora of activities tailored for families. From spacious rooms to multiple pools and thrilling water slides, every visit has left our family smiling. Nightly shows are captivating, making our evenings memorable. A few areas could improve, particularly food quality and staff service. Still, our stay was delightful and fulfilling.

our stay at granada luxury belek, family kids concept was amazing! from the moment we arrived, the wow factor was evident. the pools and slide areas were fantastic, and my kids loved the entertainment. being upgraded to the wonderland room made everything even better. The food selection was impressive too. we especially enjoyed the slushies!

Family-friendly paradise with a few quirks

The room we had was fantastic, spacious and well-equipped, making us feel right at home the moment we entered. Plus, the service from the girl at the front desk was excellent, even upgrading us to a better suite because of our loyalty.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still fair for what we received.

The kids' club offers plenty of fun activities. Cleanliness issues in dining areas were noticeable. The water park thrills both kids and adults. Some staff interactions felt unprofessional at times. Spacious rooms cater well to families. The evening entertainment is engaging and enjoyable.

The pools were fantastic, the Madagascar-themed slide area was a hit! The rooms were lovely and well-kept. Highly recommend the nice entertainment like the evening shows and the frozen drink area.

The hotel facilities are excellent, particularly the hydroslides which my son thoroughly enjoyed. The food provided during meals exceeded expectations with a fantastic variety, making full board an ideal option. I would like to commend Mr Polet, the receptionist, for his exceptional professionalism and kindness during check-in, which made our experience seamless and enjoyable.

The room was too small for our family of four, and air conditioning did not function properly.

Our family enjoyed a week filled with activities, despite the chilly weather. The outdoor lunch served was delightful, keeping meals fresh and enjoyable. For great memories, consider using your own camera instead of the hotel's expensive photography service. Book for warmer months to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities!
